What we collect
The information you provide when creating an account, placing an order, requesting support, or contacting us. This includes your name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, and the vehicles you save in My Garage.
How we use it
- To process orders, deliveries, and pickup reservations.
- To recommend products that fit your saved vehicles.
- To respond to support and warranty requests.
- To send transactional messages you’ve asked for.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share it beyond the service providers who help us run LowBoss (shipping, payments, email).
Your controls
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting support. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message.
